Fibre provisioning you can trust

September 2026
  • VSOL support added. Alongside Huawei and ZTE, VSOL GPON and EPON platforms are now fully managed — inventory, optical readings, registration and provisioning.
  • Move an ONU with one click. When a subscriber's ONU shows up on a new port, the old configuration — VLAN, mode, PPPoE — is read from the device itself and recreated at the new position. The old slot is released only once the new one is up.
  • Honest registration status. "Registered" now means the VLAN was actually confirmed on the OLT, not that a command was sent.
  • Optical data on large OLTs. Readings no longer time out halfway on platforms with hundreds of ONUs.

Billing, fiscalisation and payments

September 2026
  • Automatic fiscalisation. New invoices are filed with the tax authority on payment, with a cut-off date so historic invoices are never touched retroactively.
  • Five certified providers. eBills, easyPos, DevPos, ProFisc and Accounts.al, selectable per company or per store.
  • Card payments online. PayLink (Union Bank) lets subscribers settle their own invoices; service resumes automatically.
  • Thermal receipt printing that fires automatically the moment a payment is fiscalised.

Field work and warehouse

September 2026
  • Warehouse per technician. A central store plus one for every technician: material is issued, consumed on installation, and always accounted for — including cable by linear metre.
  • Scan with the phone camera. Serial numbers and MAC addresses are read straight from the label, over HTTP or HTTPS.
  • Push notifications to the technician app the moment a job is assigned.

Subscribers and wireless

September 2026
  • Subscriber portal and mobile app. Customers sign in to see their balance, invoices, connection history and ONU signal — and control their WiFi over TR-069.
  • Wireless access points. Ubiquiti and MikroTik equipment polled over SNMP, with every station matched to the subscriber behind it.

Safety net

September 2026
  • Restore from the panel. Backups can be restored without touching a terminal, and encryption keys can be rotated from the server itself.
  • A second, off-site copy held separately, so an accidental deletion on one side is not the end of the story.
  • Long-term history without the bulk. Traffic and latency samples are rolled up hourly and kept for over a year, while raw samples stay a week.
How updates reach you. Each release is published to a channel your server follows. The update is applied inside a maintenance window you choose — by default between 03:00 and 05:00 — and the database is backed up before anything changes. You can also trigger an update yourself at any time from the panel.
